Capital for the step into production.

GoldWheel works with gold, copper, lead, and silver producers across Africa that have a defined deposit, a practical production plan, and a specific funding requirement. Advances run from US$5m to US$100m.

A viable project can still stand still.

The capital gap often sits between a technically defined deposit and first revenue. Funds may be needed for plant, access, power, equipment, production start-up, or working capital. Conventional lenders may not accept the construction risk, while raising equity at this stage may require the producer to give up too much ownership.

GoldWheel considers an advance payment when the deposit, operating plan, expected output, delivery route, and use of funds can be assessed together. The advance is not general corporate funding. It is linked to an agreed purchase of future gold, copper, lead, or silver production—typically a substantial share of output, and negotiable in every case. We do not fund exploration or drilling programmes, and we do not take equity or board seats.

    Initial review

Before a detailed review, we confirm the metal, deposit, project stage, team, project country and regulatory setting, amount requested, and intended use of funds. With a complete outline, this stage returns an answer within 30 working days.

  2. 02

    Project and company review

We assess the technical and operating case and complete KYC checks: verification of identity, ownership, control, sanctions status, and supporting documents.

  3. 03

    Terms, final contracts, and decision

If the project progresses, the final contracts set out the advance, how the metal will be priced, delivery obligations, and the future metal purchase before GoldWheel makes its funding decision.

If your project meets these criteria, start with a concise project outline.
